Our Company, G R Infraprojects Ltd., was established as G. R. Agarwal Builders and Developers Limited on December 22, 1995, in accordance with the Companies Act of 1956, as a public limited entity. The Registrars of Companies (RoC) in Rajasthan issued the certificate of commencement of business on January 3, 1996. Additionally, in the same year, our Company acquired the business of its founder, the partnership firm M/s Gumani Ram Agarwal.

On August 24, 2007, our Company underwent a name change to G R Infraprojects Limited following a resolution approved by our shareholders, as the management felt that the new name more accurately represented the broader scope of activities undertaken by the company. A new certificate of incorporation reflecting this name change was issued by the RoC Rajasthan on August 31, 2007.

Currently, G R Infraprojects Limited (NSE: grinfra) is a publicly listed entity.

The inception of GRIL was driven by a vision to achieve excellence in the infrastructure sector.

In the early months of 1965, GR Agarwal initiated a small infrastructure development project in Rajasthan with the aim of constructing roads to connect local villages. Today, the company boasts a rich history of engineering excellence across various segments, including road EPC projects, HAM projects, BOT projects, highways, bridges, culverts, flyovers, airport runways, railways, metros, tunnels, and power transmission, achieving an annual revenue of INR 7371.94 crores for the fiscal year 2020-2021. We manufacture and supply items like Electric Holistic Modular Panel, Bitumen Emulsion Plant, Chemical Storage Tank, Metal Crash Barrier, Crash Cushions, and more.
